This page describes what happens to the small amount of information you may share with Fiveday. It is written to be read, not to protect anybody legally.

Who runs the site

Fiveday is a service of Level Twelve SRL, a company registered in Belgium under enterprise number BE 1008.325.490. When this page says “we” or “Fiveday”, that is who is meant.

What is collected

The only form on this site is the fit check on /apply, hosted by Tally (tally.so). When you submit it, your answers go directly into an inbox we can read, and are stored by Tally on their servers inside the EU. If you email arnaud@fiveday.app, that email is stored by our mail provider. That is the whole list.

Analytics

There is no analytics on this site. No cookies, no trackers, no consent banner. If that changes, it will be a cookieless counter (page views, referrers, rough country, no personal identifiers), and this page will say so before it goes live.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to arnaud@fiveday.app and you will get an answer within a few days. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Belgian data protection authority.
